Economy Class — Pork Shoulder, Brisket, Hot Links, Rib Tips, Wings, Chicken
You do the driving while we do the cooking. Choose 2 or 3 meats, 2 or 3 sides and we supply the BBQ Sauce, Plates, Utensils, Buns or Rolls.     Sides: Slaw, Beans, Potato Salad, Chips

$9.00 per person and if you want to include Ribs or Bobs add $2 (2 bones per person)

Business Class — Pork Shoulder, Brisket, Hot Links, Rib Tips, Wings, Chicken
